# CMD + K

> Built-in launcher for quick actions, search, and shortcuts

A pre-configured CMD + K launcher is included in the UI Foundations Kit. This launcher is designed to be a quick and easy way to access actions, search, and shortcuts. The launcher is fully customizable and can be configured to include any number of custom actions.

## Dependencies

The CMD + K launcher is built on top of the [`cmdk` package](https://github.com/pacocoursey/cmdk). Styles rely on MUI components and the UI Foundations theme to remain consistent and provide friendly defaults.
